Workshop on Mind, Medicine, and Modernity: Explorations at the Intersections of Spiritual and Scientific Knowledge

As part of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)-funded project "Mind-Cures at the Margins: Forming Transcultural Psychology in the Global Age (1916-2020)", School of Humanities and Social Sciences is convening a workshop at TCG CREST (Deemed to be University). The workshop will bring together early-career scholars and senior researchers working in the history of psychology, the history of medicine, and medical anthropology to explore how intersections between science and religion have opened up new avenues in the histories of psychology and medicine, and beyond. The workshop is conceived as a collaborative and exploratory space, aimed to develop a joint publication based on the contributions.
