CivicDataLab, with support from The Rockefeller Foundation, is organising a series of convenings called "Climate Dialogues" - to facilitate peer learning and knowledge sharing among various Asian countries, including India, Indonesia and Thailand. These convenings will focus on Digital Public Goods(DPGs) and how they can be harnessed to further advance their climate change adaptation plans.
We will kickstart the series with our first online event, on 9th May at 11:30 am IST, by learning from the Asian leaders about several implementation stories of Free & Open-source Software (FOSS) solutions for Climate Change Adaptation in their respective countries. Deepali Khanna, vice president of The Rockefeller Foundation's Asia Regional Office, will deliver the keynote address.
Join our panellists, Nashin Mahtani from Yayasan Peta Bencana, Ramya Ragupathy from HOTOSM and Dr Peeranan Towashiraporn from Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC), to hear about their experiences in developing Open-source Software (FOSS) solutions for Climate Change Adaptation.
