ASIALA Innovative Library Services Award 2022

Asian Library Association invites applications from working library professionals in Asian Countries who have designed, developed and delivered innovative services for the benefit of library users & academic community. All working professionals in all types of libraries are entitled to apply for the award. The research projects sponsored by funding agencies that showcase innovation in information management and dissemination are also eligible to apply under the category. The candidate must support the claim of innovative services by publication or any recorded form of evidence.

The mid-career professionals working in Asian Countries will be given preference provided they elucidate practical implications of innovative idea/service. The faculty members in LIS Schools who have been using innovative teaching methods to impart instructions are also entitled to apply. The selected candidate will be given a memento, shawl, and certificate during the ASIALA conference scheduled for at the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. The selected candidate will also be entitled to free registration of 6th International Conference of Asian Library Association at AMU, Aligarh
