[apeid.higher_education.bgk] Question about indicators for Thailand

Dear Colleagues,

Warm greetings – I hope your 2021 is off to a good start!

If you have a minute, inputs on the following request from Thailand are most welcome. We are preparing for a brief consultation with Thailand's Office of National HE Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) on Friday. Below, we welcome examples of indicators related to draft policy goals, as requested (translated from Thai):

2.1    Indicators to measure the relevance of HE in responding to demands for national development

2.2    Indicators to measure levels of good governance in HE system and HEIs

2.3    How is talented workforce generally defined at the international level

2.4    Indicators to measure Return on Investment in HE

2.5    Indicators to measure HEI innovation (beyond patents)

2.6    Indicators to measure competencies of graduates that are ready for work

We are happy to showcase related examples, and your research if you have material to share.

Thank you in advance!
