Socialisation and Goal-Orientation in Indian Academia: A study of Research Students (Science) in Select Universities
Project Objectives:
The broad objective of this project is to study the socialization pattern of doctorate and post doctorate students in the context of the changing academic culture in the field of Science and technology in India. In this project we are specially seeking to explore the social process of research from the problems formulation stage to submission of research papers for publication in disciplinary and organizational contexts.
