UNESCO's editor-in-chief of the report, Richard Connor, will present the key findings, provide specific case studies and respond to questions from the press. These conferences will offer journalists an early opportunity to collect useful information on the this topic, and learn how the report impacts their specific region and audience.The World Water Development Report 2024 will be officially presented at UNESCO on 22 March, coinciding with World Water Day. The United Nations World Water Development Report is published by UNESCO on behalf of UN-Water and its production is coordinated by the UNESCO World Water Assessment Programme. The report gives insight into the main trends concerning the state, use and management of freshwater and sanitation. It provides decision-makers with knowledge and tools to formulate and implement sustainable water policies.
