Online press briefing on UN World Water Report 2020, 16 March

Ahead of publication of Water and Climate Change report on 22 March

The 2020 World Water Development Report, UN-Water's flagship report on water and sanitation issues, will be released on 22 March. It will address the impacts of climate change on water resources and analyse ways to address them.

UNESCO and the World Water Assessment Programme (WWAP) will hold two online press briefings on Monday 16 March, in French at 9.30 a.m. (8:30 a.m. UTC), and in English at 3.30 p.m. (2.30 p.m. GMT) to present the main findings of the report. Journalists will be able to ask questions during the press briefings and Richard Connor, the report's editor-in-chief, will remain available for telephone interviews after the presentation.
